How we run this work.
Most DFW drainage complaints start as a grade problem: a patio that dumps toward the foundation, a side yard that holds after a May storm, a new house sitting in a bowl. We set rough grade for the dirt work and come back for finish grade when the structure is up and you are ready for grass.
