How we run this work.

North Central Texas clay does not percolate on a convenient schedule. After a slow front, standing water sits in the side yard and against the slab. We install French drains, surface inlets, and downspout tie-ins, and we regrade when a pipe alone will not fix a bowl. The point is to move water to a legal outfall — street, creek easement, or dry well — not into the neighbor’s patio.
