Excavation

Excavation & dirt work in Dallas–Fort Worth

Cut, fill, haul-off, and structural digging for homes, barns, pads, and commercial sites across North Texas clay.

How we run this work.

Trinity Land and Excavation is a Dallas–Fort Worth dirt work crew with 10+ years in excavation and dirt work. We dig, move, and place soil so the rest of the job — slab, driveway, pond, or building — sits on a site that drains and holds. Blackland prairie clay, caliche, and wet Trinity bottoms are the ground we plan for, not a surprise on day two.

  • Building pads, barn pads, and accessory-structure excavation
  • Cut and fill with on-site balance when the numbers work
  • Haul-off of spoils or import of select fill
  • Utility trenches, footings, and pier holes
  • 811 locates coordinated before steel hits the ground

Sequence on the lot

01

Walk the site

We look at access, overhead lines, trees you want to keep, and where water already wants to go.

02

Plan the dirt

Cut vs. fill, truck counts, and whether we can stay on-property or need a dump site.

03

Dig and finish

Machines on grade, spoils handled, and a site you can hand to the next trade.
