Driveways

Driveway and pad prep in Dallas–Fort Worth

Caliche, flex base, and compacted subgrade for gravel, concrete, and asphalt drives.

How we run this work.

A driveway that ruts in February was usually a base problem, not a concrete problem. We excavate organics, set crown and slope, and place base so the pour or the gravel has something to sit on. Rural caliche drives, circular court pads, and shop approaches are the same craft at different widths.

  • Subgrade excavation and proof-roll
  • Flex base / crushed stone / caliche placement
  • Crown, ditch, and culvert coordination
  • RV, tractor, and shop-apron pads
  • Prep for concrete or asphalt contractors

Sequence on the lot

01

Set the line

Width, turning radius, and where the apron meets the street or county road.

02

Build the section

Cut, base, compact. Depth matches traffic — passenger cars vs. dump trucks.

03

Ready for surface

The concrete or gravel crew should not have to re-do our dirt.
