Address, photos, survey if you have one, and what has to be true when we leave.

The houses are already up. Churchill, Remington, Meadowlands, and Robinson tie into FM 2449, and the call is a yard, a drive, or a drain.
The same residential dirt work Trinity runs from Ponder, scoped to a finished lot in Remington Park.
Skid steer and excavator dirt work — cut, fill, haul-off, and structural digging for homes, barns, and pads across North Texas clay.
Service pageLot clearing and fence line clearing — brush, mesquite, cedar, and scrap piles off so survey, utilities, and pad work can start.
Service pageHouse pad and building pad dirt work — from raw lot to a pad the builder can stake, with stripping, grading, and compaction in the right order.
Service pageRough grade for drainage, finish grade for sod and slab — slopes that send water away from the house.
Service pageYard won’t drain? French drains, catch basins, and regrade for clay lots with standing water against the house.
Service pageCaliche, flex base, and compacted subgrade for gravel and rock drives.
Service pageStock tank digging and wildlife ponds cut into clay that will actually hold water.
Service pageOld slabs, sheds, driveways, and junk piles out — clean dirt in, trucks off the street on time.
Service pageOn these finished lots the usual call is grading, yard drainage, driveway base, utility trenches, footings, stump grinding, or a culvert where a drive meets a ditch. Demolition runs from a shed or slab up to a full house, with haul-off. Ponds, dams, and spillways are for acreage that can hold water, not the default on a platted home lot. When the job is septic, we dig and haul spoils for a licensed installer. We do not install the system.
You're on a finished street in Ponder, 76259, not a pasture. The town's FM 2449 page names those four streets — Churchill, Remington, Meadowlands, and Robinson — where they meet the road job from FM 156 out toward I-35W. A regrade, a French drain, driveway base, a trench, a stump, or a shed coming out. That's the work.
If you pull the county file, Phase One on the Remington Park Estates management certificate was filed April 18, 2000. Phase 4 was recorded July 16, 2015. Phase 5 was recorded March 30, 2017. The 2021 update for Ponder Public Improvement District No. 1 calls Phase 4 128 residential lots and one park and open-space lot, and Phase 5 145 residential lots. Those homes were already built and sold when that update was written.
Work on a street like this is a homeowner lot: regrade, drainage, a driveway base, a trench, a stump, or a structure coming out. It is not a pasture cut. Western Denton County around Ponder is where blackland clay thins into Cross Timbers sand and rock. We look at the cut on your lot before we name a depth. Public locates through Texas 811 come before any trench or footing. Private lines — irrigation, a shop circuit, a septic line — are yours to mark.
Two property owners’ associations for this area are on file with the State of Texas for Ponder, Denton County, 76259: Remington Park Homeowner’s Association and Remington Park Estates Homeowners Association. A drainage-easement supplement to the Remington Park Estates covenants was recorded in Denton County on June 16, 2017, instrument 2017-72099. Trinity works for the homeowner on the lot. We do not take association or property-manager contracts, and we do not tell you what the covenants allow. If your lot is in one of these associations, you confirm the rules before we move dirt. We will not dig through a recorded easement.
Trinity Land and Excavation LLC is based in Ponder. Owner Matt Hall is a veteran with 10+ years in excavation. Call or text (940) 435-4727. A few photos of the lot are enough to start. Weekdays are 7 AM to 5 PM.

Address, photos, survey if you have one, and what has to be true when we leave.
Access, clay, trees, overhead lines, and where water already wants to go.
Scope, trucking, and what is excluded — so the next trade is not a surprise.
Locates, weather window, and a start that matches the rest of your build.
We excavate, haul, and grade. You get a site the builder or landscaper can use.

The homeowner. Remington Park Homeowner’s Association and Remington Park Estates Homeowners Association are both on file for Ponder, 76259. We do not contract with the association or a property manager. You confirm the covenants for your lot, including the drainage-easement supplement recorded June 16, 2017 as instrument 2017-72099, before we dig.
The same residential list as our service pages: excavation, land clearing, site prep, grading, drainage, driveway base, and ponds where the ground and the rules can hold one. On these finished lots that usually means grading, French drains, driveway base, utility trenches, footings, stump grinding, culverts, and demolition from a shed or slab up to a full house, with haul-off. Dams and spillways are for a pond that needs an overflow. Septic work is excavation and spoil haul-off only. We do not install the system.

Public locates are Texas 811, before we trench or excavate. We do not guess at an unmarked line. Private lines on the lot are the owner’s to mark.
The town’s FM 2449 page treats the streets into this neighborhood as part of the work in the Town of Ponder. A given lot can still sit in town limits or in unincorporated Denton County, and those are different permit desks. A culvert or driveway that touches a public road has to be confirmed with the road authority before we cut. We flag what we see. You own the permit unless we agree in writing to pull it.
